To be eligible to receive a Stock Reward, you must complete the account registration process and open an individual taxable brokerage account (“Personal Portfolio”) that is in good standing. This program is subject to Terms and Conditions. You may continue to receive Stash’s advisory services under this Advisory Agreement pursuant to the Program without opening a brokerage account or should any such account(s) be closed, in which case the advisory services you will receive from Stash will be the Financial Counseling Service which is impersonal investment advice. The subscription Fee is due if a client is receiving Financial Counseling Services regardless of whether or not a client elects to open and/or use a brokerage account. To begin investing on Stash, you must be approved from an account verification perspective and open a brokerage account.

To constitute as a “Qualifying New Account” (according to the agreement) your referee friend must (i) complete the process of opening an account by using the special designated referral link from your invitation (ii) link a funding account (e.g. an external bank account), and (iii) initiate a minimum deposit of at least one cent ($0.01) into their Account. Inc., or any of their respective affiliates, and none of the foregoing has any responsibility to fulfill any funds earned through this program.
Stash through the “Diversification Analysis” feature does not rebalance portfolios or otherwise manage the Personal Portfolio Account for Clients on a discretionary basis No asset allocation is a guarantee against loss of principal.
