You have multiple choices depending on your lifestyle – what you’re comfortable with. You can work 100% as a 1099 subcontractor, you essentially own your own business, your just using our certification and insurance, and access to top tier rewards and pricing through all of our vendors. Some benefits include free Disney park passes, free Cruises through major carriers such as Carnival and Royal Caribbean, discounts on resorts anywhere from Cancun to Universal Studios and beyond. Running your own agency as your own business is the least expensive option and also has the highest income potential. Your paycheck is a combination of commissions based on travel sold and monthly profit sharing from new agents recruited – IF YOUR NOT INTERESTED IN RECRUITING THIS IS NOT THE BEST OPTION FOR YOU. There are cheaper services that pay you only commission if you are only interested in selling travel. However, if you want a monthly salary, you have to recruit new agents – our highest tier is $100,000 a month. No one is there yet but we have plenty of agents over $10,000 a month plus commission.
If you are looking for the stability of a guaranteed income and benefits, he have another option. Work six months in a PAID INTERNSHIP, pay is based on commissions. After six months paid internship you will be paid a monthly salary of $1500 a month with a review every six months and opportunity for additional $500 a month raise. You will immediately receive individual or family benefits including unlimited primary care physician visits with $0 copay, discounted prescriptions + dental + vision + health & wellness products + free virtual vet. You will be given a list of daily responsibilities that you check off each day, complete your checklist everyday and your salary is guaranteed!
After six months – $1500 p/ month
After 24 months – (paid internship and three six month reviews) $3000 p/ month + commissions average $20k a year, of course commission is always 100% performance based so can be higher or lower based on your enthusiasm for travel , ability to sell, and willingness to obtain trainings
So to summarize, you have the be your own boss option if you’re confident in your ability to network and sell, or the internship option for anyone who wants the flexibility to work from home, but also the stability of a guaranteed income & benefits. Average salary expectation is around $60k for agents with two years experience. Income potential is unlimited with salary of 1.2 million a year + commission but that is by far not your average performer – that kind of money is only available for the top 2% who want to work and have the natural talent for it. Six figure income is surprisingly easy in two or three years for someone with dedication to the program, thorough with the training, working with venders for free or discounted advertising, persistent recruiting regimen , and actively networking with clients.
