This started as a business blog but over time has became an outlet for me to speak out loud about issues important to me because I can’t keep it all in anymore and I can’t find anyone reasonable who cares about important things – kind of a last ditch effort to reach someone, anyone else out there with some common sense, who isn’t a media drone for the left or right regurgitating the propaganda issued from both sides, incapable of individual thought or decision making.

Personally, I’m a conservative , I read all the anti-republicanism that I can easily place blame for – Obama started a divide and conquer strategy against Republicans and rose to power promoting it, which brought about Donald Trump, who unintentionally continued Obama’s strategy of divide and conquer the Republicans. And I admit I get sucked into arguments with liberals on Twitter – I’m glad Elon Musk is cutting their staff, I hope he has some success turning it away from being another propaganda tool – but I have my doubts. The sentiment on Twitter is that Elon Musk is another neo-conservative MAGA Republican homophobe – the truth is he’s actually a liberal with a transgender child – they just hate without reason or attempt to understand.

So why am I – who am a neo-conservative MAGA Republican who can’t stand liberal ideology and Republican haters who rise up and shout nonsense hate speech while condemning the other side of doing the same encouraging people to vote Democratic?

The answer – it’s not the left that’s destroying America or the right that’s destroying America – it’s the divide down the middle. And I imagine there’s a lot of people in that divide so frustrated by hypocrisy from both sides they’re gonna have a hard time voting for either one.

But the truth is this – America NEEDS the two party system. I used to be a libertarian because I didn’t fully agree with either side and my personal politics are more laissez faire – I don’t think governments should restrict civil liberties but they often create more problems than they solve – they ARE NOT good stewards of tax payer dollars so I side with Republicans on financial matters and democrats and civil matters- even though me personally I’m a social conservative, I don’t think the government has the right to force me or anyone else to be so.

When I was young and libertarian, I found it interesting how libertarians voted Republican in Texas to keep taxes low and Democrat in Illinois to protect civil liberties- and trust me, anyone considering getting into 3rd party politics, I’ve done the legwork, it’s a waste of time. We’ll never have a three party system in America, what’s important now is preserving the two parties we still have.

I adopted a system of voting for a Republican legislature and Democratic judiciary. The checks and balances are an important part of what has preserved freedom and independence in America and the two party system plays just an important role in that as checks and balances between branches of government.

There’s a not so good movie that maybe you’ve seen maybe you haven’t – “2012” about survival of the apocalypse from government all the way down to Tibetan monks, and as cheesy as some of the writing and acting was, it’s still a movie that had significant impact and I think relays some good messages in a way people can understand. The president who went down with the ship was Democrat as were many main characters fighting for survival of humanity and what that means, and somehow the president had a chief of staff that appeared to be the Republican voice of government- but what I really liked outside some of the poor script writing is how well they illustrated the issues governments face when choosing the “right thing to do.” Sometimes there is no good decision or right or wrong- sometimes you have to sacrifice the few to save the many, but you still have to try and save the few, and that’s what makes humanity human.

Sometimes you just can’t save everyone with all the good will and money in the world, and tough decisions have to be made that hurt people, but people will be hurt either way and government can’t be demonized for making a call in time of crisis – sometimes there’s just not enough data or time to act without relying on instinct – people will get hurt, it’s not governments fault, at least not all the time.

That being said, America cannot survive if people did what liberals demand with a bullhorn – crush the Republican Party! Get them all out of office! We’re the only ones that care about the people! It’s all crap, follow that advice and the United States will become like Communist China, the longest surviving one party system on earth. And maybe communism works for China. Authoritarian power gives government power to act fast and raise funds quickly which is why in the movie 2012 China was the country ultimately saving earth- they have the ability to enslave enough free labor and complete control of all the tax dollars to build Arcs for other countries- for a price, that ensures the survival of humanity. So the cruel and inhumane Chinese Communist Party saves earth, actually a pretty likely scenario, but the American ship is almost wiped out while trying to save as many people as possible before the tsunami hits- against the recommendation of the Republican who says we saved as many as we safely can, by saving more we risk everyone- someone has to be around to make those hard choices, when doing the humane thing is no longer practical or responsible.

So, while I hate President Biden more than I like to admit – I’m a veteran who served under Clinton – that’s where I learned to respect the office regardless of politics, and I think the country has gone so far from the right track since Trump left office, the truth is, neither side is trying to destroy democracy or destroy America. Politicians, as dumb and hypocritical as they may seem sometimes, have in general dedicated life to public service to do what they believe will make the country a better place. This November isn’t good vs evil like so many would have you believe- it’s mankind vs mankind. And we do that democratically because if we don’t a lot of people die.

There is no right or wrong choice, it’s not as serious as they’d have you believe. Me personally- me and my family were doing far better under Trump, Biden has screwed up so much for so many Texans, if Trump ran again I would vote trump again- but don’t you dare call me a traitor or treasonous, I volunteered to die for this country, I’m just doing what’s right for my family. While Twitter put a stop to Trump’s free speech and the so called stewards of civil liberty applauded, I refuse to do the same. I fight everyday to not tweet back at someone’s idiotic comment that I know won’t listen to any reasonable response. I would like to hear from anyone who’s tired of this divide, who can still have a civil conversation with someone who doesn’t agree with them – like a bipartisan think-tank, could there ever be such a thing?

If you’re out there I’d love to know you exist. If you don’t believe that destroying one political party or the other is a sensible thing to do, if you can “argue” the way it was meant to be done- by raising facts and concerns and not blood pressure- I’d love to hear from you. Am I alone in this world in believing that a two-party America is the best shot the world has at producing good government?

Vote this November, don’t kill your self if your side doesn’t win, we need your minority descent more now than ever. I promise the world isn’t ending regardless of the results, and I’d love to hear from you.

Many on the left have compared MAGA republicans to semi-fascist neo-nazis, and some MAGA republican extremists have actually embraced the comparison, but without prejudicing the group by comparison to its most extreme representation, let’s look at the real comparisons-

Leftists compare “anti-immigration xenophobia” to Trump’s America First policies and Hitler’s Germany first policies – but a nations leader is supposed to put his country first. Before Hitler went insane and began Germany on its death march to destruction, he accomplished a lot of things that gave him the popularity & power to craze an entire nation. Following Germany’s World War I devastation Germany was the poorest country in Europe as the rest of Europe held Germany financially responsible for all damages incurred in the war. Germany was forced to sign deals that were devastating to the German economy and indebted them to the rest of Europe. When Hitler rose to power he abolished all of the anti German agreements signed by previous governments and took Germany from the bottom to the richest country in Europe in a few short years.

Donald Trump rose to power at a time many working Americans were angry. Previous administrations signed deals that indebted us greatly to China and numerous trade deals that benefited developing countries far more than the USA – complete disregard of mutually beneficial negotiations. America handed out more aid to foreign countries than most other developed nations combined. We virtually single handedly funded NATO and the UN. At home our massive-largest-on-the-planet deficit was rising greatly, taxes were being increased and Americans were facing unemployment, those with jobs were losing purchasing power with their paychecks because of massive tax and spend policy that printed more and more money to hand away to other countries and pay benefits to non-citizens.

So yes, in many ways Trumps rise to power had similarities to Adolph Hitler’s. His policies weren’t intended to be anti-immigrant, but if there had to be a winner and a loser Trump chose the American citizen over the foreign National every time, which made it easy for the left to paint his policies as anti immigrant. Trump eliminated and international trade agreement that greatly benefited the other country without helping Americans- this caused a small trade war with China and Trump had to subsidize American soy farmers for a little bit. But when coronavirus hit and the stock market plummeted the recovery under Trumps America First stewardship took American stocks from record lows to record highs in record time. You could have literally picked almost any stock during the lows of the pandemic, bought shares and doubled your money in months. Like Adolph Hitler, Donald Trump took the most productive and innovative work force in the world and led it to its rightful spot at the top of the global economy.

And that’s about where the comparisons end. Hitler’s policy towards Jews was exile then extermination as he confiscated their material goods and buried them in mass graves. Trump restored our relationship with Israel that suffered greatly following Obama’s nuclear treaty with Iran. It was Trumps idea to ship immigrants to sanctuary cities that is so often characterized by the left as “inhumane” but ask any immigrant if they’d rather be shipped to San Francisco, Martha’s Vineyard or Auschwitz – I think they would strongly disagree with the left’s characterization of inhumane. While Hitler’s doctrine promised never ending war to conquer Jews and Slavs and Communists, Trump pulled troops from Afghanistan against many Republican wishes to end Americas longest foreign war. Trump’s America first policy included peace and an end to foreign wars while Hitler’s only promised an end to foreign wars after Germany ruled the world – new world order – not anything in common with Trumpism there.

January 6th, 2020. Sure, maybe Trump could have handled things a little better. But, if you knew what Trump knew – Biden would destroy the record highs of the American economy faster than any President in history – it’s kind of hard to blame him to look for any method possible to prevent that from happening. A clear calm mind grounded in American political knowledge would know the best way to go about it would be to yield to Biden’s victory, let him destroy America with his incompetence and defeat him in 2024 when it would be clear to everyone America was better off under Trump than Biden. But Trump is an outside the box, often rash thinker, and let his emotions get the best of him because he knew what was on the line. Now he’s created a situation for himself that would make it difficult to rise back to power, and he’s not so great at being subtle or behind the scenes. Trump overplayed his hand and it cost America. Not by opening a path to fascism in America as the left portrays it, but by making it all but impossible to give the American economy the strongest leader it’s ever had ever again.

Are there legitimate comparisons to be made between Trump and Hitler? Honestly , yes, they both made their homeland the strongest country on earth financially. But that’s where it ends. While Hitler promised never ending foreign war to expand German territory, Trump promised an end to foreign intervention and a focus on improvement at home. Hitler wanted to destroy the Jews, Trump wanted the strongest Jewish-American alliance in history. I believe it’s a fact that Trump admired strong, non-democratic leaders – their country’s gave them the power without the checks and balance we have in place, and he would have loved to have that kind of power – not for personal gain, Trump was already quite rich, he didn’t even take a salary as president, nothing he did as president was for personal financial gain – it was for American financial gain. And in a Democracy not everyone who votes is going to understand complex international politics or domestic policy- they mostly vote in self interest, not understanding that additional handouts for them could destroy the bigger picture, now all of a sudden that $1400 handout barely buy food and groceries for the month.

For all the blood thirsty leftists that wanna see Trump punished, get over it, it’s not gonna happen. He might be censored here and there because he has no filter when he talks, but because he has no filter, we know nothing Trump ever did was with malicious intent towards the USA, which means nothing he did as president is indictable under criminal law, and it’s a complete waste of time and money to try to prove otherwise. I never understood all the “Trump is liar” propaganda from the left – what other president has openly admitted to being racist, considers injecting bleach as a viable solution of killing corona virus, or any other number of astounding things that came out of his mouth as president- he wasn’t lying, he just never admits fault for anything, but he literally says anything and everything that comes to his mind. If any of it isn’t true, I promise he didn’t lie about it, it’s just really what he believes, like it or not.

There’s no doubt America would be much better of under Trump than Biden, but realistically that’s probably not gonna happen, never again, it’s too problematic for Republicans. It’s time for Republicans to find someone easier for the left to swallow that we can rally behind and unite this country once again, because division is our biggest problem right now. A country divided against itself cannot stand.

Thank you Mr Trump for doing a great job putting America first, but the best thing you can do for us now is help us find and fund a new standard bearer that the whole country can rally behind.

Nike dropped 25% in two weeks, people can’t even afford shoes right now, I cannot understand these liberals that celebrated saying they can finally relax with Trump gone, how can anyone respect people so stupid?

I have the utmost respect for the two party system, but today’s democrats are so out of touch with America- they literally berate America First Policies during times of National crisis, it just doesn’t make sense.

Clinton sold nuclear secrets to the Chinese, Obama gave nuclear technology to the Iranians, yet liberals are up in arms that there may have been nuclear secrets in Trumps basement guarded by secret service – personally I feel safer with the documents there than I do in the National Archive.

Not to mention paying MILLIONS to “investigate” these out of date declassified documents – essentially old newspaper in an ex-presidents basement. There is no penalty nor any crime associated with these documents, Karl Rove himself said it’s not legal for Trump to keep the documents however there is no penalty for doing so- so why warrants and investigations? Big brother wants their documents back – spare no expense.

Whatever happened to conversations about healthcare or fiscal solvency or anything beneficial to the American people? Democrats hold the White House and both houses of Congress – if they can’t pass their extremist climate agenda or revoke gun rights or even pass common sense abortion protections now, when will they ever actually do anything other than tax and spend their way to “Democratic Socialism?”

I’ve only been a card carrying Republican for 5 short years, before I was independent and Libertarian, my wife, God rest her soul, was Republican from childhood til death, I used to consider it too conformist in my youth, but now I have the utmost respect – it’s so hard to find Republican woman these days, most are so wrapped up in demanding that abortion remain a form of contraception, most Republicans don’t oppose common sense abortion permissions – rape, incest, health of the mother, even early stage before there’s a heartbeat- none of that has ever been a deal stopper, but todays liberals want completely unrestricted abortions even for minors without parental knowledge all the way up to day before the birth – and don’t even understand how some people can be morally opposed to such a thing- you don’t have to agree, but you have to understand that’s a living breathing baby – right?

Wake up, if telling people you want to make America great makes you an enemy of the state – which state are you representing exactly? As Biden sends his sons buddies in Ukraine free American weapons to kill Russian teenagers, and Russia continues building alliances with China & Iran – you don’t have to think that long and hard about the unintended consequences of participating in someone else’s war – AGAIN.

Your New Green Deal won’t do much to fight climate change on a planet recovering from nuclear Armageddon- let’s stop and think before we decide whether or not a policy is good or bad for America before implementing it, if we don’t, I promise World War III is much closer than you think, and instead of an East & West Germany, this one may end with separate Red & Blue Americas.

Democrats – remember your heroes- think not about what your country can do for you, think about what you can do for your country, NOW PLEASE, before it’s too late.

I woke up to the news that Hurricane Ian is about to make landfall as a category 5 storm, so that’s really all I have to say today- to everyone with friends & family in Florida, I wish you all the best and take comfort knowing that no place on earth is prepared for storms like the Great State of Florida. I pray everyone comes out ok and damage will be minimal, and hardy Floridians will soon be back at work making America great!
